ISG engages the Intuition’s leaders at a strategic level to align the Student Experience with the Institution’s mission and business challenges. Our consultants spark innovation and advancement while providing an independent evaluation of People, Process, Technology and Governance. ISG provides valuable insight to assist leadership to form cost reduction strategies,while building a sustainable delivery model for the Institution. ISG delivers our consulting engagements in a phased approach and will tailor our services to meet your specific organization’s need.
Institution Alignment: The Alignment Phase is a strategic discussion that fosters collaboration with the Senior Leadership team and builds alignment between the Institution’s Mission, Student Needs, and the ability to deliver services in the most cost effective manner.
Operational Delivery Assessment: Building off of the Alignment Phase, ISG works with the functional units to assess People, Process, Technology, and Governance. This phase builds out a Gap Analysis between the Institution’s Mission, Student Needs, and the delivery capabilities. The outcome of this phase is a roadmap for Shared Services with potential ROI and Risks.
Implementation and Governance: ISG takes the Collaborative Plan designed through the first two Phases to develop a Strategic Plan that can be implemented and managed, to drive the changes required to meet the Institution’s goals.
